Reducing haulage
Solidifying in place can avoid moving free liquid, which reduces both risk and cost where distances are long. Compare the full cost of each route rather than only the polymer price.
Track cost per volume
Record polymer used against volume treated for each job. Tracking this figure over time shows whether dosage discipline is holding and highlights seasonal or source-related drift.
