Where a treatment facility is available and haulage distance is short, pumping liquid to a controlled plant may be more efficient and gives better process control over mixing and curing.

Consider liquid volume, haulage distance, disposal acceptance criteria and whether the site has suitable mixing capability. The balance usually shifts toward on-site treatment as distance and volume increase.
Confirm acceptance first
Whichever route is chosen, confirm that the receiving facility accepts polymer-solidified material and check whether any additional testing is required before booking loads.
