Test the whole system
Validate the box, packs, load and procedure together rather than testing the polymer alone. Performance is a property of the complete system, and component-level results rarely predict the outcome in transit.
Use realistic worst cases
Run trials in the hottest season and on the longest route, with loggers at several positions in the box. A configuration that only passes average conditions will fail in service.
Read the whole curve
Look for excursions at both ends. Pharmaceutical products are often damaged by freezing just as much as by warming, so confirm the pack does not drive contact surfaces too cold.
Revalidate after changes
Any change to pack size, supplier, box or route requires a fresh validation. Treat validation as a repeatable procedure with recorded results rather than a one-time exercise.
