Fit it to the site rhythm
Treatment works best when scheduled around normal operations, ideally ahead of periods when liquid accumulation is expected. Reactive treatment during a peak is slower and more expensive.
Keep a standing stock
Maintaining a modest stock of polymer and basic application equipment avoids delays when a sump needs attention. Storage conditions matter, so keep it dry and sealed.
Train the operators
A short session on addition method, standing time and the drainage check is usually enough. Most failures come from technique rather than from material selection.
Review periodically
Track volume treated, material used and any rejected loads. A short periodic review identifies drift in dosage or practice before it becomes a recurring cost or compliance problem.
